Greetings to my NHCBC family! And when I mean family I am referencing the entire body of Christ! Choir members, congregational members or new to NHCBC (perhaps we haven’t even met yet!): May the Peace of Christ be with you all!
This week we are walking on the road to Emmaus in the book of Luke. I love verse 31: Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened up the Scriptures to us? We all have moments where we feel the Spirit speaking but we haven’t taken time to be holy and to walk with Christ so that His vision may be ours.
Let us prepare our hearts and minds for worship by diving into two hymns with the same melody: “Be Thou My Vision” and “Take Time to Be Holy”
