Rev. Dr. Tim Spring

Reverend Doctor Spring is a native of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Grove City College, the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and has a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School in Rochester, NY.

Tim is the husband of Pauline Spring, a middle school German teacher, and the father of two children, Erika and Timothy. His hobbies include sports and reading. You may see him on the backroads of northern Pittsburgh on his 27-speed bike!

Heidi Clark

Director of Music Ministries

Heidi Clark is the Director of Music Ministries at NHCBC. She holds a Music Education from Duquesne University and a Masters in Music from the University of Connecticut. Prior to being blessed with three children, Heidi taught elementary general music in Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Heidi also teaches private piano lessons, accompanies a variety of groups in the Pittsburgh area and is known to bake the best chocolate chip cookies around.

Rev. Ingrid Kalchthaler

Director of Pastoral Care

Rev. Ingrid Kalchthaler received her B.A. from Duquesne University, a Master of Divinity degree from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and a Master of Library Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She also currently serves as Head of Youth Services at the Shaler North Hills Library.

Christine O’Neil

Youth Pastor

Christine O’Neil and her family relocated to Pittsburgh from Raleigh, North Carolina. She has a Master’s degree in Biology at Illinois State. Christine has had the opportunity to teach in many different capacities at the undergraduate, middle school, elementary and pre-K levels. She has served many church roles – youth leader, Sunday school teacher, choir member and is very involved in community outreach. She loves to bake, read and be in the great outdoors.

Beth Spence

Beth Spence serves as secretary at North Hills Community Baptist Church and Administrative Assistant to the Pastor.  She is a graduate of Bethany College.
