One of the Bible’s best know scriptures is Psalm 23: “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow death…” Next time you read Psalm 23, check the footnote on verse 4. It will tell you that it could also be translated ‘through the darkest valley’. We all have to walk through dark valleys, and ask the question Jesus asks.
