The apostle Paul’s plan was always clear. Any new town he entered he went to the synagogue to preach and proselytize. ‘First to the Jews, then to the Gentiles’. But midway through his second missionary journey, he discovers that there are fertile fields in the most educated city in the world at that time, Athens. Paul’s encounter in Athens is a blueprint for Christians in the 21st century. We’ll mine this story for insights into how to share Jesus where we are today.
